Estabished in 2021 as a limited company, ALPHA is a joint venture between two leading companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand: Origin Property Pubic Company Limited and SCGJWD Logistics Public Company Limited. ALPHA focuses on industral property development, including rental warehouses, factories, and Free Zone Warehouses.

The executive team, led by CEO Patan Somburanasin and COO Tan Jitapuntkul, brings over 20 years of expertise in the industrial property sector. Currently, the company has developed over 410,000 square meters of warehouse space across 10 strategic locations, including Rangsit, Bangna KM 22, Bangna KM 19, Bangna KM 23, Laem Chabang, Phan Thong, and the Eastem Economic Corridor (EEC). ALPHA serves a wide range of prominent domestic and intemational clients from Asia and Europe.
